Carmel Besse used to work as a cake Decorator at Publix  in Marietta GA, where se used to decorated all type of cake for any occasion. When She got  laid off  in 2017, she decided to open Dallas Ultra-Shine Cleaning services because  Homeowner or Business owner like you needs a great cleaning company  who will put  your service forefront of everything.
